Dr. Edwin Ishoo's Natural Breast Augmentation technique employs the latest technologic advances in fat harvesting and adult stem cell transfers to provide women the option of enlarging their breast using their own fat without the use of unnatural implants.
Dr. Ishoo utilizes the VASER® to gently harvest adequate volumes of high grade, viable fat. The fat is then processed to enrich the stem cell content. These stem cells greatly enhance the long-term fat survival. The stem cell-enriched fat is then injected in the breast. The injection of the fat along with the stem cells results in a permanent 150cc to 300cc overall breast size increase. This would allow for a one or two bra cup size increase. Fat placement is done in multiple layers to not only enhance fat survival but also to create a natural appearing breast enhancement. Whereas a silicone implant is placed under the muscle and a saline implant is placed over the muscle, the fat is place in all layers. Also, unlike implants, breast enhancement with stem cell-enriched self-fat can be adjusted to optimize the results by serial addition or removal of the implanted fat.

Natural Breast Augmentation Procedure:

VASER® Liposelection gently removes sufficient volume of fat from a donor site such as abdomen, thighs or buttocks.
2: Cells go into the Stem Cell processing system.
3: The Stem Cell processing system separates regenerative and stem cells from fat cells. The regenerative and stem cells are then washed and concentrated.
4: The concentrated stem cell mixture is combined with the fat cells.
5: The final mixture is injected into the breast, where it replaces tissue volume.
Injected Stem Cells help to:
- Grow new blood vessels to feed the fat and allow for rapid integration of the implanted fat into the recipient site.
- Release anti-inflammatory substances to aid in healing.
- Release growth factors to tighten the skin over the breast.
Risks
